Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund for store credit only. The store credit refund needs to take away the cost of the shipping cost.
Exchange or store credit must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
All exchange items must be unused, undamaged, in the original condition, and with all product tags attached. BYPAC is not responsible for return shipping cost nor reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
No refund or exchange on sale items.
Store credit is valid for a period of 3 months.
To make exchange or return for store credit:
- Request a “RN” (Return Number), please email us at email@example.com within 7 days after signing the receipt of order.
- Please indicate the Order Number / Invoice Number as well as the product ID and quantity of the products to be returned in your email. BYPAC has the right to ask customers to provide a photo of the relevant products for reference.
- Please note that customers must ask a courier to return the products to BYPAC within 7 days after BYPAC issues the RN. You are required to arrange for and pay the return delivery costs of returning the product(s). BYPAC refuses parcels delivered with freight collection.
